What should I do if I'm having trouble logging into my account?
If you're having trouble logging into your account, please try the following solutions:

  • Make sure you are using the correct username and password. If you don't remember your username and/or password, click here, enter your email address, and we'll email it to you.
  • Clear your cache. Cache is a process that keeps track of what you have been doing recently. It saves you processing time when you repeat tasks; but sometimes it gets overloaded. Click here for instructions on how to clear your cache.
  • Internet Explorer users:
    • Check your security settings. Your internet security settings must be set to "medium". Click here for instructions on checking your security settings.
    • Check your privacy settings. Your internet privacy settings must be set to "medium". Click here for instructions on how to change your privacy settings.
    • You may have to add us to your trusted sites. Click here for instructions on adding us to your trusted site.
  • If none of the above has had any effect and the problem persists, please try to log in using a different computer. If you're able to resolve your issue using a different computer, then most likely there is an incompatibility between your original computer and the server. As there are too many possible features and configurations between machines, it's not possible for us to determine the exact cause or remedy.
