If none of the above has had any effect and the problem persists, please try to log in using a different computer. If you're able to resolve your issue using a different computer, then most likely there is an incompatibility between your original computer and the server. As there are too many possible features and configurations between machines, it's not possible for us to determine the exact cause or remedy.
What is the difference between a Instant Win & Trivia and a Bonus Code? The Instant Win & Trivia is given out at various times. Your have until 11:59pm of the day it is given out to enter it. A Bonus Code is given out through e-mails and special giveaways and events. Please check when receiving a bonus code to see if there is an expiration date.
How do I earn Credits? Go to the 95 FM The Hawk website and click on the VIP Club link. Enter your username and password in the login box on the left hand side of the page. Once you've logged in, click on one of the categories under Earn Credits, located on the menu bar near the top of the page. There are two ways to earn rewards with your Credits. You can redeem Credits for goods and services that are offered on the The Hawk Store page or you can redeem Credits for entries into our Raffle Drawings. To access either the The Hawk Store or Raffle page, log in and click on one of the categories under Spend Credits, located on the menu bar near the top of the page.All prizes on the The Hawk Store page are on a first come, first serve basis. The VIP Club The Hawk Store Page lists all of the available prizes and their associated Credit value. Once you have earned enough Credits to "purchase" the prize of your choice you may "buy" the prize by logging in and visiting the The Hawk Store Page. Then just enter the quantity of the prize you want (please note, some prizes may have a quantity limit of 1 per member), and click "Buy". Can I join the VIP Club if I have a Macintosh computer? The VIP Club Program can be played on any Macintosh running Netscape versions 7.0 and above.
