Access to KOOL KLUB is through the home page of KOOL 96.5 located at http://www.kool965.com/. Once registered and logged on to KOOL KLUB, you can visit the Free Shopping, Raffle, Word of the Day, Bonus Code, and the Bonus Code Event pages that display prize offers and KOOL KLUB Point opportunities directly.
You must register by setting up a username and password in order to earn and spend Points, view your account balance, and see special offers for members only. You can access this information on the main page at http://www.kool965.com/.
Once validated as a KOOL KLUB member, all you need to do is enter your username and password to gain access to KOOL KLUB features. You will be able to update your registration information as needed, as well as change your password. Profile updates and password changes have no effect on your Points account. Your Points balances will always remain tied to your username.

Each weekday, Monday through Friday at various times KOOL 96.5 will announce the Word of the Day. Word of the Day are only announced at these times. 7:10am, 10:10am, 4:10pm and 7:10pm.
Visit KOOL KLUB at http://www.kool965.com/, login - go to Earn Points and click on Word of the Day. Pick the correct time and Word of the Day as announced on KOOL 96.5 then click on submit. (Once you click the Submit button you will not be allowed to make another entry for that time).
You have until midnight that night to play the Word of the Day to earn KOOL KLUB Points.

Events
From time to time, KOOL 96.5 will announce special event locations or display them on the KOOL KLUB website where KOOL 96.5 will give away "Bonus Code" for extra Points . Log on to the KOOL KLUB site and go to the 'Bonus Code Event' section to see locations on where you can earn more Points.
Once you have a KOOL KLUB Bonus Code - visit http://www.kool965.com/, login to KOOL KLUB - go to "Earn Points" and click on "Bonus Code". Enter the Bonus Code to earn more Points.
Partner Extra Credit
KOOL 96.5 will regularly post Bonus Codes on various station advertiser pages throughout our web site at http://www.kool965.com/. When you visit these sites you will be given Bonus Codes for a specified number of Points.

As a KOOL KLUB member, your Points earned accumulate in your "Points Account". To check your current balance of KOOL 96.5 Points, login to KOOL KLUB and click on "My Account".

Once you click the "Buy" button, if the transaction is successful, the Points amount will be deducted from your KOOL KLUB Account and cannot be returned.

Raffles and Sweepstakes
Periodically, KOOL 96.5 will offer incredible prize packages, trips, concert tickets, backstage passes, cars, and much, much more in exchange for KOOL KLUB Points. Some of these offers will be found on the web site, some will be announced on air. Some will be local offers. Some will be national offers. Along with each offer, KOOL KLUB members will be given instruction on how to spend their KOOL KLUB Points for chances to win. All winning will be subject to verification. For sweepstakes, Points will be deducted as bid, and the Points will serve as sweepstakes drawing entries.

AWARD LEVEL BIDS
Periodically, KOOL 96.5 will offer prizes based on the first person(s) to offer a designated level of KOOL KLUBPoints. For example, X number of concert tickets may be offered to the first person(s) that wants to claim them for 10,000 KOOL KLUB Points each. The manner, in which these Points may be bid, will be displayed or announced along with the prize offered.
