Welcome to Channel 8's Rewards Program a free web based interactive promotional program designed to honor and reward our loyal KFMB-TV viewers. The more you watch and interact with KFMB-TV and participate with CHANNEL 8'S REWARD PROGRAM, the more credits you earn to get rewards – it's that easy!

Access to Channel 8's Rewards Program is through the home page of http://www.kfmb.com/. Once registered and logged on to the CHANNEL 8'S REWARD PROGRAM, you can visit the SHOPPING, AUCTIONS, RAFFLE, WORD/TRIVIA OF THE DAY, BONUS CODE, and the BONUS CODE EVENT pages that display prize offers and CHANNEL 8'S REWARD PROGRAM Credit opportunities directly.

You must register by setting up a username and password in order to earn and spend CHANNEL 8'S REWARD PROGRAM credits, view your account balance, and see special offers for members only. You can access this information on the main page at http://www.kfmb.com/.

Once validated as an 8's Rewards Member, all you need to do is enter your username and password to gain access to Channel 8's Rewards Program features. You will be able to update your registration information as needed, as well as change your password. Profile updates and password changes have no effect on your credits account.

Your credit balances will always remain tied to your username.

8'S REWARDS CREDITS

The accumulation of 8'S REWARDS Credits gives you opportunities to win your share of the hundreds of thousands of dollars in prizes, cash, and discounts offered throughout the year on KFMB-TV. There are many ways for you to earn 8'S REWARDS Credits, as outlined below.
WORD or TRIVIA OF THE DAY

Each weekday, Monday through Friday, KFMB-TV will include the WORD OF THE DAY or TRIVIA QUESTION OF THE DAY, in the 8 Newsletters.

Visit 8'S REWARDS at http://www.kfmb.com/, login to Channel 8's Rewards Program- go to "Earn Credits" and click on "WORD/TRVIA OF THE DAY". Pick the correct word/answer as announced on KFMB-TV newsletter then click on submit. (Once you click the Submit button you will not be allowed to make another entry for that time).

WAYS TO EARN EXTRA 8 CREDITS

Events
From time to time, KFMB-TV will announce special events or display them on the KFMB-TV website where KFMB-TV will give away Bonus Codes for 8'S REWARDS Credits. Logon to the 8'S REWARDS site and go to the BONUS CODE EVENT section to see locations on where you can earn more 8'S REWARDS Credits. Once you have a 8'S REWARDS Bonus Code - visit http://www.kfmb.com/ , login to Channel 8's Rewards Program- go to "Earn Credits" and click on "Bonus Code." Enter the Code to earn more 8'S REWARDS Credits.

Partner Extra Credit
KFMB-TV may regularly post BONUS CODES on various station advertiser pages throughout our web site at http://www.kfmb.com/. When you visit these sites you will be given 8'S REWARDS Bonus Codes for a specified number of 8'S REWARDS Credits.

YOUR 8 REWARD ACCOUNT

As a 8'S REWARDS member, your 8'S REWARDS credits earned accumulate in your Credits Account. To check your current balance of 8'S REWARDS Credits, login to Channel 8's Rewards Program and click on "My Account".

8 CREDITS VALUE

Through the accumulation of 8's REWARDS Credits, you earn the opportunity to reap additional rewards! Here's how you can use them towards prizes, cash, discounts, opportunities and adventures.

Prize Purchase
KFMB-TV offers unique prizes and discounts on products, services and events in exchange for 8's REWARDS Credits. To use your 8'S REWARDS Credits towards purchasing an item, simply enter the quantity you wish to purchase and click "Buy". If you have sufficient 8'S REWARDS Credits and haven't already bought your limit (if any), your purchase will be confirmed and a confirmation page will appear with instructions for claiming your prize or discount. Once you click the "Buy" button, if the transaction is successful, the credit amount will be deducted from your 8'S REWARDS Account and cannot be returned.

Up For Grabs and Raffles
Periodically, KFMB-TV will offer incredible prize packages, trips, concert tickets, backstage passes, cars, and much, much more in exchange for 8'S REWARDS Credits. Some of these offers will be found on the web site, some will be announced on air. Along with each offer, 8'S REWARDS members will be given instruction on how to spend their 8'S REWARDS Credits for chances to win. All winning will be subject to verification. For raffles, credits will be deducted as bids, and the credits will serve as raffle drawing entries.

Real Deals

KFMB-TV offers half price gift certificates.  These can be purchased via the Real Deals page for a combination of cash (your credit card will be charged) and 8'S REWARDS Credits.  To purchase a certificate, simply enter the quantity you wish to purchase and click "Buy".  On the next page, enter your credit card information, billing and shipping address,  and click “Complete Purchase.”  If you have sufficient 8'S REWARDS Credits, haven't already bought your limit (if any), and your credit card transaction is approved,  your purchase will be confirmed and a confirmation page will appear.  Once you click the "Complete Purchase" button, if the transaction is successful, the credit  amount will be deducted from your 8'S REWARDS Account and your credit card will be charged.

Award Level Bids
Offered to the first person(s) that wants to claim them for 10,000 8'S REWARDS credits each. The manner, in which these credits may be bid, will be displayed or announced along with the prize offered.
