Why does my account status say "pending"?

After you register, your account status will remain "pending" until your email address is verified.  Your email address is verified and your account validated once you click on the link in the email you receive from us. (This email will come from kfmb-am@m2omedia.com.)   You can still earn credits while you are waiting for your account to be validated.  You will not, however, be able to claim any prizes or purchase raffle entries until your account status is valid.

I did not receive an email asking me to validate my account. What should I do?

If you did not receive an email from us, please send an email to kfmb-am.support@m2omedia.com, and we will validate your account for you. In order to ensure that you receive emails from us in the future, please add kfmb-am@m2omedia.com to your contact list.

What should I do if I'm having trouble logging into my account?

If you're having trouble logging into your account, please try the following solutions:

  • Make sure you are using the correct username and password (case sensitive). If you don't remember your username and/or password, click here, enter your email address, and we'll email it to you.
  • Clear your cache. Cache is a process that keeps track of what you have been doing recently. It saves you processing time when you repeat tasks; but sometimes it gets overloaded. Click here for instructions on how to clear your cache.

Internet Explorer users:

  • Check your security settings. Your internet security settings must be set to "medium". Click here for instructions on checking your security settings.
  • Check your privacy settings. Your internet privacy settings must be set to "medium". Click here for instructions on how to change your privacy settings.
  • You may have to add us to your trusted sites. Click here for instructions on adding us to your trusted site.

What is the difference between a Rick's Word of the Day and a Bonus Code?

The Rick's Word of the Day is given out at Daily times.   You have until 11:59pm of the day it is given out to enter it.  A Bonus Code is given out through e-mails and special giveaways and events. Please check when receiving a bonus code to see if there is an expiration date.
 

How do I earn credits?

Go to the 760 KFMB website and click on the 760 NETWORK link. Enter your username and password in the login box on the left hand side of the page. Once you've logged in, click on one of the categories under Earn Credits, located on the menu bar near the top of the page.

How do I use my credits to earn Rewards?

There are three ways to earn rewards with your credits.  You can redeem credits for goods and services that are offered on the Shopping page, you can redeem credits for entries into our Raffle Drawings and/or you can bid credits toward Auction Items. To access either the Shopping or Raffle page, log in and click on one of the categories under Spend credits, located on the menu bar near the top of the page.

Shopping:  All prizes on the shopping page are on a first come, first serve basis.   The 760 NETWORK Shopping Page lists all of the available prizes and their associated credit value. Once you have earned enough Credits to "purchase" the prize of your choice you may "buy" the prize by logging in and visiting the Shopping Page. Then just enter the quantity of the prize you want (please note, some prizes may have a quantity limit of 1 per member), and click "Buy". If you have enough credits, haven't exceeded the purchase limit, and inventory is sufficient, a page will come up which confirms your purchase and provides you with instructions on how to claim your prize.  IMPORTANT NOTE:  Upon making a prize purchase, be sure to READ THE PRIZE PICK UP INTRUCTIONS AT THE BOTTOM OF YOUR PRIZE CONFIRMATION.

TO CLAIM A PRIZE, COME BY THE STATION LOCATED AT 7677 ENGINEER ROAD BETWEEN 8:30AM AND 5:30PM MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY (EXCEPT ON HOLIDAYS) WITH A VALID PHOTO ID.  A RICK REWARDS MEMBER MAY NOT CLAIM ANY OTHER MEMBERS PRIZE OTHER THAN THEIR OWN PRIZE.  A PRINT OUT OF THE PRIZE CONFIRMATION IS NO LONGER NEEDED.

Effective 1/7/09, KFMB Radio Promotions will no longer be mailing out prizes due to the costs.  We are sorry for the inconvenience this may cause. All prize winners are now required to pick their prize up during our business hours.
 

Raffles:  You can enter any of our raffles as many times as you wish (as long as you have enough credits).  To purchase an entry into the raffle of your choice, please visit the Upcoming Raffles page, click on the raffle you'd like to enter, select the number of entries you'd like to purchase, and click the "Purchase Entries" button.  Remember, the more entries you have in a raffle, the better your chances of winning!

Auction:

  • When you place a bid, enter the maximum credits you would be willing to pay for the auction item. Only bids that are a minimum of 100 credits more than the current high bid will be accepted.  The current high bid also represents a user’s maximum bid.
  • The 760 NETWORK system compares your bid to those of the other bidders.
  • Points are automatically debited from your account once your bid is placed. They will only be returned to your account if you are outbid by another member.
  • If another 760 NETWORKs member has a higher maximum, you'll be outbid. BUT, if no other bidder has a higher maximum, you win the auction item.
  • If another 760 NETWORK member outbids you before the listing ends, you will NOT be contacted by 760 KFMB.  It is the sole responsibility of the 760 NETWORK member to check the auction status.
  • New 760 NETWORK members will be able to access the AUCTION feature 24 hours after registration.
  • ALL BIDS ARE FINAL ONCE ENTERED (No bid retractions will be accepted).

I've purchased a prize, how do I claim it?

To claim your prize, follow the instructions on the confirmation page.

What do I need to play the 760 NETWORK Rewards Program?

The 760 NETWORK Rewards Program will run on any machine running Internet Explorer 5.0 or Netscape 7.0 or above.   You will also need Internet access.  The760 NETWORK Program is not supported on Web TV.  760 NETWORK requires a printed confirmation OR printed transaction page showing prize deduction to claim prizes-NO EXCEPTIONS.


Can I join the 760 NETWORK Rewards Program if I have a Macintosh computer?

The 760 NETWORK Rewards Program can be played on any Macintosh running Netscape versions 7.0 and above.
