Why does my account status say "pending"?
After you register, your account status will remain "pending" until your email address is verified. Your email address is verified and your account validated once you click on the link in the email you receive from us. (This email will come from kcal@m2omedia.com). You can still earn KCAL points while you are waiting for your account to be validated. You will not, however, be able to claim any prizes or purchase raffle entries until your account status is valid.
I did not receive an email asking me to validate my account. What do I do?
If you did not receive an email from us, please send an email to KCAL.support@m2omedia.com, and we will validate your account for you. In order to ensure that you receive emails from us in the future, please add kcal@m2omedia.com to your contact list.
I'm not reciving my weekly newsletter/I've stopped receiving my weekly newsletter, what's going on?

If the above steps still do not solve your problem, you need to contact your email service provider (aol, yahoo, hotmail, etc). They are flagging our emails as spam and they are not being delivered to you. Ask them to unblock our email address.
