FAQs

Here are the most common issues with MY Club; if you are experiencing trouble in one of these areas, please click on the headline for information about your problem. If it is not covered in these questions, scan the accompanying text for other information dealing with registration, log in, equipment, etc.

1.0 REGISTRATION

1.1 How do I join MY Club?
Go to the 104.3MYfm web site at
www.1043myfm.com and click on the link to MY Club, then follow the instructions to register by clicking on "Join Now" in the menu bar. Please fill out ALL the required information. YOU MUST be honest... we'll ask you to verify the information when you redeem points for rewards.

1.2 Who are you going to share this information with?
This information is given to us for the sole purpose of participating in MY Club. It will not be sold to anyone else or shared with any other party for any purpose other than to administer this program.

1.3 How can I change my registration information?
Log In and roll-over "My Account". You'll see a drop-down menu item called "Update". Use this to change your profile. You are not allowed to change your first name, last name and birth date once you register, so be sure everything is correct.

1.4 What do I have to do to participate in MY Club?
If you have a computer connected to the Internet, it's very simple. Just go to the 104.3MYfm web site at
www.1043myfm.com and from there, follow the instructions for registration in 1.1 above. See equipment requirements in 4.0 below.


2.0 LOG IN

2.1 I've forgotten the user name and/or password I used when I registered.
Go to the log in menu and click on "Help?" (far right). You'll be asked to enter the email address that you used to register. If you have more than one e-mail address, be sure to use the address you used when you registered. That's the only way we can look up your user name and password.
Once we've found it, we'll send your username and password to that e-mail account.

2.2 The program won't accept my user name and password.
If you've used "Help?" (see above), then be sure you are entering the name and password exactly as they appear in the e-mail, including paying attention to whether the letters are capitalized or not. Both usernames and passwords are case sensitive, meaning the program sees capital letters and lower case letters as different letter combinations. BARB, barb, and Barb are three different names to the program.

2.3 I've tried with the correctly spelled username and password and after three tries I get an "Authorization Required" message.
If you're sure the words are correct (including upper and lower case - see above), then you may be having difficulty due to server overload ??? especially during a popular contest. Please wait a few minutes and try logging in again. Remember you have until midnight each day to enter in all codes.

2.4 Quick Fix
You might need to clear your cache. Cache is a process that keeps track of what you have been doing recently. It saves you processing time when you do repeat tasks. But sometimes it gets overloaded. Visit your browser's help section for instructions on how to clear your cache.


3.O EARNING AND REDEEMING CREDITS

3.1 How do I earn MY Club Credits?

Ways to Earn Credits" for more details. You may also learn of other opportunities via e-mail (be sure to check the e-mail account you gave us when you registered), messages displayed on the MY Club site, and of course on-air announcements.

3.2 How do I get credit for the points I've earned?
To get your account credited, you must log in and click on one of the categories under "Earn Credits", located on the menu bar.
Each time you log in, your total Credit balance will be displayed in the login bar, and you can check your last few transactions by rolling-over "My Account" and selecting "History".

3.3 What's the difference between "MY Code" and "Extra Credit"?
"MY Code" is posted each day on the 1043myfm.com website and must be entered by midnight in order to earn credits. You have only one chance each day to enter "MY Code".  So... be SURE you enter it by midnight that day. "MY Code" will not be announced over the air, or given out over the phone.

"Extra Credit" is given in various ways: at retail locations, on selected websites, at station events, and in e-mails to you (always check the e-mail account you gave us when you registered). These generally expire at midnight the day you get the code.

3.4 How do I get the Prizes (rewards, discounts, etc.) I want for my credits?
All rewards are listed on either the "MY Store" page or the "MY Ticket" Raffle  page - both areas are accessible from the "Spend Credits" section of the main menu. We add new items every week, sometimes daily, so be sure to check the "MY Store" and "MY Ticket" pages as often as you can. There are three ways to earn rewards with your credits: you can redeem credits for goods, services, and discounts that are displayed on the "MY Store" page,  you can redeem credits on the "MY Ticket" page for entries in our raffle drawings, or bid on items on the "MY Auction" page. 

SHOPPING - All Shopping Rewards are available on a first-come, first-served basis. MY Club "MY Store" page lists all of the available rewards and their associated credit value. Once you have earned enough credits to "purchase" the reward of your choice, you may "buy" the reward by logging in and visiting the "MY Store" page. Enter the quantity you wish for whichever reward you choose and click "Buy". If you have enough credits, haven't exceeded the purchase limit, and inventory is sufficient, you'll get a confirmation right then and an email will be sent with instructions for claiming your reward.

Be sure you're clicking on the reward you want because once the transaction is complete, the points will be deducted from your account and cannot be replaced.

4.0 EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS

4.1 What kind of computer do I need to participate in MY Club?
MY Club will work on any PC connected to the Internet using either Internet Explorer 5.0 (or above) or Netscape 7 (or above). The faster your machine, the more memory, and the faster your Internet connection, the better response time you will get when you participate.

4.2 What browsers are supported by MY Club?
Internet Explorer 5.0 and higher; Netscape 7.0 and higher, and Firefox.

4.3 I have a Macintosh computer and want to participate in My Club. What can I do?
MY Club will work on a Mac connected to the Internet running Internet Explorer, Safari, and Firefox.
