You must register by setting up a username and password in order to earn and redeem Q Points, view your account balance, and see special offers for members only. You can access this information on the main page at http://www.q92rocks.com/. Q92 Sudbury’s Best Rock is collecting personal data about members for the sole purpose of administering Club Q “Rock Star Status”. No further informational or marketing communications will be received by the member unless the member provides Q92 Sudbury’s Best Rock with explicit permission to do so. Once validated as a Club Q “Rock Star Status” member, all you need to do is enter your username and password to gain access to Club Q “Rock Star Status” features. You will be able to update your registration information as needed, as well as change your password. Profile updates and password changes have no effect on your Q Points account. Your Q Point balances will always remain tied to your username.
Once registered and logged on to Club Q “Rock Star Status”, you can visit the Q Store, Rock Raffle, Q Password, Bonus Code, and the Event pages that display prize offers and Club Q “Rock Star Status” Point opportunities directly.
Q Points
The accumulation of Q Points gives you opportunities to win your share of the hundreds of thousands of dollars in prizes, cash, and discounts offered throughout the year on Q92 Sudbury’s Best Rock. There are many ways for you to earn Q Points, as outlined below.
1. Q Word
Simply listen to Q92 Sudbury’s Best Rock each weekday at 7:55am, 11:25am, 4:45pm and 7:45pm for the secret Q Word. You have until midnight that day to enter the Q Word to see if you are an instant winner and earn 300 Q Points. Access to Club Q: Rock Star status is through the home page of Q92 Sudbury’s Best Rock located at http://www.q92rocks.com/.
Visit Club Q: “Rock Star status” at http://www.q92rocks.com/, login to “Club Q: Rock Star status” - go to "Earn Q Points” and click on Q Word. Pick the correct word as announced on Q92 Sudbury’s Best Rock then click on submit. (Once you click the Submit button you will not be allowed to make another entry for Q Word on that date).
You have until midnight that night to play Q Word to earn Q Points.
2. WAYS TO EARN EXTRA Q Points
Events
From time to time, Q92 Sudbury’s Best Rock will announce special events or display them on the Club Q “Rock Star Status” website where Q92 Sudbury’s Best Rock will give away Bonus Codes for Q Points. Logon to the Club Q “Rock Star Status” site and go to the Bonus Code Event section to see locations on where you can earn more Q Points.
Once you have a Club Q “Rock Start Status” Bonus Code - visit http://www.q92rocks.com/, login to Club Q “Rock Star Status” - go to "Earn Q Points" and click on "Bonus Code". Enter the Bonus Code to earn more Q Points.
2. Advertiser Extra Credit
Q92 Sudbury’s Best Rock will regularly post Bonus Codes on various Q92 Sudbury’s Best Rock advertiser pages throughout our web site at http://www.q92rocks.com/. When you visit these sites you will be given Club Q “Rock Star Status” Bonus Codes for a specified number of Q Points.
YOUR CLUB Q “ROCK STAR STATUS”
As a Club Q “Rock Star Status” member, your Q Points earned accumulate in your Q Points Account. To check your current balance of Q Points, login to Club Q “Rock Star Status” and click on "My Account".
Q POINTS VALUE
Through the accumulation of Q Points you earn the opportunity to reap additional rewards! Here's how you can use them towards prizes, cash, discounts, opportunities and adventures.
1. Redeeming Q Points
Q92 Sudbury’s Best Rock offers unique prizes and discounts on products, services and events in exchange for Q Points. To use your Q Points towards an item, simply enter the quantity you wish to redeem and click "Redeem". If you have sufficient Q Points and haven't already redeemed your limit (if any), your redemption will be confirmed and a confirmation page will appear with instructions for claiming your prize or discount. Once you click the "Redeem" button, if the transaction is successful, the Q Point amount will be deducted from your Club Q “Rock Star Status” Account and cannot be returned.
2. Rock Raffles and Contests
Periodically, Q92 Sudbury’s Best Rock will offer incredible prize packages, trips, concert tickets, backstage passes, cars, and much, much more in exchange for Q Points. Some of these offers will be found on the web site, some will be announced on air. Along with each offer, Club Q “Rock Star Status” members will be given instruction on how to spend their Q Points for chances to win. All winners will be subject to verification. For contests, Q Points will be deducted as bid, and the Q Points will serve as the contest entry.
3. AWARD LEVEL BIDS
Periodically, Q92 Sudbury’s Best Rock will offer prizes based on the first person to offer a designated level of Q Points. For example, X number of concert tickets may be offered to the first person that wants to claim them for 10,000 Q Points each. The sole determinant of time for the purposes of determining the first person eligible will be the Q92 Sudbury’s Best Rock server machine(s).The manner in which these Q Points may be bid will be displayed or announced along with the prize offered.
