Click a question below to get your answer. 1. What do I need to play the 92 CITI FM All Access VIP Club? The 92 CITI FM All Access VIP Club will run on any machine running Internet Explorer 6.0 or Netscape 7.0 or above. You will also need Internet access. The 92 CITI FM All Access VIP Club is not supported on Web TV. To play, become and remain a registered 92 CITI FM All Access VIP Club member, you must have Internet access and a valid email account. 92 CITI FM is not responsible for a member's inability to: connect to the Internet, login to the 92 CITI FM All Access VIP Club website, gain access to their 92 CITI FM All Access VIP Club account or participate in any activity associated with this program, service outages or delays, computer difficulties or other technological glitches. 92 CITI FM All Access VIP Club membership is free and no purchase is necessary.  2. Why does my account status say "pending"? After you register, your account status will remain "pending" until your email address is verified. Your email address is verified and your account validated once you click on the link in the email you receive from us. (This email will come from citi@m2omedia.com.) You can still earn Points while you are waiting for your account to be validated. You will not, however, be able to claim any prizes or purchase raffle entries until your account status is valid.  3. I did not receive an email asking me to validate my account. What should I do? If you did not receive an email from us and your account is still pending, please follow these instructions: Open your internet browser and log on to your account Click on this link or copy and paste this link into the browser that you opened to log into your account: http://www.m2omedia.com/citi/members/account/pending.jsp This will bring you to a page with instructions on how to validate your account In order to ensure that you receive emails from us in the future, please add citi@m2omedia.com to your contact list. 4. I haven't received any points for signing up. Why? The reason for this may be because you haven't entered the code that was provided in the first e-mail you received. You can enter this code and all others by logging into your All Access VIP account and selecting "Bonus Codes" from the "Earn Points" drop down menu. Then enter the code word "welcome" into the "please enter your bonus code" field and hit "submit". This will automatically reward you with 1,000 bonus points just for signing up.  5. What should I do if I'm having trouble logging into my account? If you're having trouble logging into your account, please try the following solutions:
Make sure you are using the correct username and password. If you don't remember your username and/or password, click here, enter your email address, and we'll email it to you. Clear your cache. Cache is a process that keeps track of what you have been doing recently. It saves you processing time when you repeat tasks; but sometimes it gets overloaded. Click here for instructions on how to clear your cache. Internet Explorer users: Check your security settings. Your internet security settings must be set to "medium". Click here for instructions on checking your security settings. Check your privacy settings. Your internet privacy settings must be set to "medium". Click here for instructions on how to change your privacy settings. You may have to add us to your trusted sites. Click here for instructions on adding us to your trusted site.  6. How do I update my profile on my VIP account? To update your profile on your VIP account; log in to your All Access VIP account as per usual and select "profile" from the "My Account" drop down menu. Then click the "update my information" button and make the necessary changes. To complete the changes, once again click "update my information". Your profile should be updated anytime a change occurs (i.e. new e-mail address, phone numbers, address etc.).  7. What is the difference between a Collect Points and a Bonus Code? The Collect Points is given out at various times. Your have until 11:59pm of the day it is given out to enter it. A Bonus Code is given out through e-mails and special giveaways and events. Please check when receiving a bonus code to see if there is an expiration date. 8. How do I earn Points? Go to the 92 CITI FM website and click on the 92 CITI FM All Access VIP Club link. Enter your username and password in the login box on the left hand side of the page. Once you've logged in, click on one of the categories under Earn Points, located on the menu bar near the top of the page.  9. How do I use my Points to earn Rewards? There are two ways to earn rewards with your Points. You can redeem Points for goods and services that are offered on the CITI Shop page or you can redeem Points for entries into our Enter to Win Drawings. To access either the CITI Shop or Enter to Win page, log in and click on one of the categories under Spend Points, located on the menu bar near the top of the page. Enter to Win: You can enter any of our Enter to Win as many times as you wish (as long as you have enough Points). To purchase an entry into the Enter to Win of your choice, please visit the Upcoming Enter to Win page, click on the drawing you'd like to enter, select the number of entries you'd like to purchase, and click the "Purchase Entries" button. Remember, the more entries you have, the better your chances of winning!  10. CITI Shop: All prizes on the CITI Shop page are on a first come, first serve basis. The 92 CITI FM All Access VIP Club CITI Shop Page lists all of the available prizes and their associated Point value. Once you have earned enough Points to "purchase" the prize of your choice you may "buy" the prize by logging in and visiting the CITI Shop Page. Then just enter the quantity of the prize you want (please note, some prizes may have a quantity limit of 1 per member), and click "Buy". If you have enough Points, haven't exceeded the purchase limit, and inventory is sufficient, a page will come up which confirms your purchase and provides you with instructions on how to claim your prize. IMPORTANT NOTE: upon making a prize purchase, be sure to print off a copy of your confirmation page.  11. When are new items added to the CITI Shop? And how is it possible the items sell out so quickly? This is probably the most asked question that we receive here at 92 CITI FM. New items are added to the CITI Shop weekly at random times. Depending on quantity, a second batch of those same prizes may be added later in the week at a random time. We are trying to accommodate everyone with prizes, but our database continues to grow and once an item is featured in the CITI Shop, there's no stopping how quickly our members use their points for the items. Unfortunately, we do not have a massive inventory of prizes, and we are trying to do the best with what we have.  12. How do I Play the Assiniboia Downs Slot Machine? Exchange Points for pulls. Each pull is worth 100 Points. Pull the lever (or click Spin) and try your luck! You can always come back and the rest of your pulls will be waiting for you. If you want to convert your pulls back to Points click on the "Cash Out" button. IMPORTANT: If you get 3 of the same Assiniboia Downs offers in a row, you MUST print all three pages including the page that has the winning pop-up offer. The offer will appear within the Slot Machine Game. All 3 printed pages must be produced at the time of redemption in order to be valid. In order to redeem the offer, reservations MUST BE made in advance by calling 885-3330. Only one offer may be used per visit per date. Offer is non-transferable and may only be redeemed by the membership holder. Valid identification must be provided that matches the membership name as printed on the offer. Offer is valid for 30 days from date of win. If you can't print the page, you can't redeem the offer. Offer is non-transferable. Please print all three pages.  13. I won something in the Assiniboia Downs Slot Machine but somehow I forgot to print the page, or the page won’t print in order to redeem my prize. Can you help me out? Unfortunately we cannot help you out. In order for you to redeem offers from the Assiniboia Downs Slot Machine, you need to have a print of the winning offer. 14. I have redeemed my points to bid on a VIP Auction package. Do I lose my points if I am not the highest bidder at the close of the auction? No, you do not lose any points redeemed for the auction unless you are the highest bidder at the close of the auction. Points are temporarily deducted once you make a bid and are returned if you are not the highest bidder. 15. I have redeem my points to bid on a VIP Auction package...how do I know if I made the highest bid and have won the package? The Auction content will stay live past the Auction close time (a minimum of 1 hour) in order for VIP bidders to look at the list to see if they are the winner of the package. Auction winners will also receive an e-mail message reminding them to check the auction page to see if they have placed the highest bid and have won the package. Promotions will also contact the Auction bid winner following the close of the Auction to inform them they have won and give pick up instructions. Auction winner names will also be posted in the right-hand column of the VIP site by 12 noon the day following the close of an Auction.  16. I've purchased a prize, how to I claim it? To claim your prize, follow the instructions on the confirmation page.  17. Can I join the 92 CITI FM All Access VIP Club if I have a Macintosh computer? The 92 CITI FM All Access VIP Club Program can be played on any Macintosh running Netscape versions 7.0 and above.  18. Instructions for Clearing Cache: Netscape Users (must be using Netscape 7.0 or higher): Enter Netscape Edit Preferences Advanced Cache Clear memory cache Clear Disk cache Then Try again Internet Explorer Users (must be using Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher): Enter Internet Explorer Tools Internet Options General Delete files ??? located in the "Temporary Internet File" section Then Try again. If you are using AOL: You will need to clear you cache AND delete your "cookies" Click the Start Button in the lower left hand corner Click Control Panel Double click Internet Options Under Temporary Internet Files, click Delete Files Click OK to delete files Next, to the right of delete files, click on Settings Click View Files (it may take a moment for the files to appear) Click the EDIT pull down menu at the very top of your screen Click Select All Click the FILE pull down menu at the very top of your screen Click Delete A warning box will appear, click YES Click X to close that window Click OK to close the next window Click OK to close the next window Click X to close the Control Panel Window After you have cleared your cache, and/or deleted cookies, close all programs, shut down your computer and log on again. In the area where it says "Address of Web Site", type "m2omedia.com" and click "Allow"  19. When I wait for a particular item to go on-sale in the CITI SHOP and try to purchase it with my points at the time indicated, it automatically says sold out without the purchase button ever becoming active. Why does this happen? Stay on the CITI Shop page prior to a particular item going on-sale and continue to hit the “refresh” button until the indicated on-sale time. Then select your purchase. With thousands of VIP members vying for the same items and depending on the quantity of a particular item, prizes can sell out extremely fast. In an effort to ensure everyone has a fair chance at the prizes in the shop (and again, dependent on quantity of the item), we try to spread out the prizing so that it gives all our members the chance to win.  20. I have redeemed my points to enter a Beat the Box Office contest for a concert coming to town. When will I find out if I am a winner? Winners will be contacted by 92 CITI FM Promotions and winner names will be posted in the right-hand side of the column on the VIP site by 10 AM the day tickets go on-sale for each particular concert. Or by 12 noon the Monday following a weekend on-sale date.  21. I exchanged my points to enter a Beat The Box Office contest for a concert coming to town and did not win. There is now a regular, sustaining contest entry form up to enter to win tickets…are the entries I redeemed for the beat the box office contest valid for this portion? Yes, any points redeemed for Beat The Box Office enter to win contests are valid for the regular sustaining contest, providing you did not win tickets during the Beat The Box Office contest. 22. I exchanged my points for an “Enter to Win” contest for a concert/ show. The contest closed at 11:59 PM at least two nights prior to the show/ concert. If I win, when will I be contacted? For concerts or shows that take place the day following the contest closing time or prior to a weekend, winners will be contacted by 10 AM the day of the show or the Friday prior to a weekend show. Promotions will also post the winners name(s) in the right-hand column of the VIP site by 10 AM that particular day. Promotions will contact winner(s) at all numbers provided on their VIP account in an effort to give winners all the necessary pick up information. Tickets will need to be picked up by 5 PM the day of the show or the Friday prior to a weekend show. In the event a message must be left for the winner (unable to contact a live person at numbers provided), 92 CITI FM/ 102.3 CLEAR FM is under no obligation to replace the prize with one of equal or greater value or refund points redeemed to enter. 23. I received a newsletter saying there is a special pre-sale on for a concert/ show coming to town…how do I take advantage of this? Log into your VIP account and go to the “Earn Points” drop down menu and then go to the “Events and Pre-sale page”…this will have a complete list of all the pre-sales and instructions on how to proceed.
