Mountain FM and Nesters Market are joining forces once again for the 2009 Grocery Grab. 3 Gold Diggers will each recieve a shopping list. The first successful contestant to fill their basket with all of the items will win $500 worth of groceries from Nesters Market in Squamish. No Gold Digger will leave empty handed, the two runners up will also receive $100 in groceries. Rob Michaels will qualify three contestants in his morning show on Monday, November 23.
