TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND CONTEST RULES
By signing up KIX 106 Country Club Member agrees to abide by the terms and conditions and contest rules set out herein, which may be amended from time to time, and failure to do so may result in forfeiture of Points and cancellation of KIX 106 Country Club membership.
Rules
1. Participation
To participate in KIX 106.7 Country Club program visit http://www.kix106online.com and sign up to become a member. KIX 106.7 Country Club is for personal use only; businesses, corporations, joint ventures, partnerships, groups or associations are not eligible.  Limit one user account per person. Once signed up as a KIX 106.7 Country Club you can earn Points by listening to KIX 106.7 FM  and visiting http://www.kix106online.com  to log on to KIX 106.7 Country Club and doing any of the following:
1. Rewards Songs of the Day:                                                                       
Listen to KIX 106.7FM, Monday through Friday at 8am, noon, 4pm & 7pm, for the Rewards Songs of the Day.  Access to the KIX 106.7 Country Club is through the home page of KIX 106.7FM located at http://www.kix106online.com
Visit KIX 106.7 Country Club at http://www.kix106online.com, login KIX 106.7 Country Club go to Earn Points and click on Rewards Songs of the Day.  Pick the correct song as announced on KIX 106.7FM , then click Submit.  Once you click the Submit button, you will not be allowed to make another entry.                

2. Gift Card Codes, Instant Win Codes:
Listen to KIX 106.7FM for random announcements of Bonus Codes.  Bonus Codes may also be posted on the website or distributed through KIX 106 Country Club Newsletter (a newsletter designed and sent exclusively to the members of KIX 106.7 Country Club).

5. Other Contest Plays or Opportunities:
At various times during the day, other KIX 106.7FM Bonus Codes (numbers, words, or names) may be announced or posted on the site. These must also be entered on line before a designated time.  This designated time will be posted on the site or announced on-air.

6. KIX 106.7 FM Events:
Listen to KIX 106.7 FM and logon to http://www.kix106online.com for dates and locations of KIX 106.7 FM events where members can pick up KIX 106.7 Country Club Bonus Codes.

7. KIX 106.7 Country Club Points may also be earned in a variety of other ways, at the discretion of KIX 106.7FM. Members can tune into KIX 106.7 FM for details on additional ways to accumulate Points, or logon to KIX 106.7 Country Club at http://www.kix106online.com. KIX 106.7 FM reserves the right to alter the ways of earning Points at its discretion.

To become and remain a registered KIX 106.7 Country Club, you must have Internet access and a valid email account. KIX 106.7 FM is not responsible for a member's inability to: connect to the Internet, login to the KIX 106.7 Country Club website, gain access to their KIX 106.7 Country Club account or participate in any activity associated with this program, service outages or delays, computer difficulties or other technological glitches. KIX 106.7 Country Club membership is free and no purchase is necessary.
2. Eligibility:
Eligibility Participation in KIX 106.7 Country Club is open to all residents who reside in the following postal codes: N0A, N0B, N0C, N0E, N0G, N0H, N0J, N0K, N0M, N1C, N1E, N1G, N1H, N1K, N1L, N1M, N1P, N1R, N1S, N1T, N2A, N2B, N2C, N2E, N2G, N2H, N2J, N2K, N2L, N2M, N2N, N2P, N2R, N2T, N2V, N2Z, N3A, N3B, N3C, N3E, N3H, N3L, N3P, N3R, N3S, N3T, N3V, N3W, N3Y, N4B, N4G, N4N, N4S, N4T, N4V, N4W, N4X, N4Z, N5A, N5C, L0R, LOP, L7J, L9T who are 18 years of age or older. Those specifically not eligible are full or part-time employees of KIX 106.7 FM or Rogers Broadcasting Ltd. (including former employees and their next of kin), other Kitchener-Waterloo or Tri-City area radio station employees and their immediate families, M2O Media, and sponsors featured in the Program.
1. Participation is expressly limited to one account per person. KIX 106.7 Country Club Points are non-transferable and may not be earned in advance. All duplicate accounts or suspected duplicate accounts are subject to cancellation without notification by KIX 106.7 FM.
2. Email addresses may not be shared between players; therefore, each account needs to have a unique, valid email address associated with it.
3. Accounts which have an excessive number of rejected emails may be automatically locked, preventing the player from accessing KIX 106.7 Country Club until they contact the KIX 106.7 Country Club Tech Support and provide an alternate email address. Repeated problems with email delivery to a player may result in permanent suspension of the member's account.
Members are not authorized to access any other member's account, including entering codes or redeeming KIX 106.7 Country Club Points for prizes or awards, even if the other member is a family member. Members need to enter codes and play the various KIX 106.7 Country Club games and surveys themselves to legally accumulate KIX 106.7 Country Club Points.
4. No machines, scripts or automated services may be used to access any part of the KIX 106.7 Country Club website, accumulate any KIX 106.7 Country Club Points, bid on prizes and awards, or in any other way participate in this program. Over usage of the KIX 106.7 Country Club system resources is not permitted, and are grounds for account suspension or termination at the sole discretion of KIX 106.7 FM.
5. KIX 106.7 FM is NOT responsible for members missing out on KIX 106.7 Country Club Points due to, but not limited to, the following: forgotten username and/or password; problems, updates or maintenance which affects KIX 106.7 Country Club at a particular time; internet, browser, server, or computer problems in general; lost codes or coupons; forgotten, incorrectly entered or misspelled codes, etc.
6. Any KIX 106.7 Country Club Points redemption suspected to be an inauthentic copy, or which is made in such a fashion as to not deduct the appropriate KIX 106.7 Country Club Points amounts, may be disqualified (not accepted), at the sole discretion of KIX 106.7 FM.
7. The authorized account holder or member is defined as the natural person who is assigned to the email address by an internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible by assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address.
8. KIX 106.7 FM reserves the right to disqualify any member from receiving a cash or prize award where KIX 106.7 Country Club, at its sole discretion, determines that the member has violated any of these rules, made any misrepresentation in connection with this program, or used any unintended/unannounced means to accumulate or redeem KIX 106.7 Country Club Points.
7.      The authorized account holder or member is defined as the natural person who is assigned to the email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible by assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address.
8.      KIX 106.7 FM reserves the right to disqualify any member from receiving a cash or prize award where KIX 106.7 FM, at its sole discretion, determines that the member has violated any of these rules, made any misrepresentation in connection with this program, or used any unintended/unannounced means to accumulate or redeem KIX 106.7 Country Club Points.
9.      Sharing of Rewards Songs of the Day, Bonus Codes, or other KIX 106.7 Country Club Points earning among members is expressly prohibited. Violations will result in the termination of all violating account(s) and/or forfeiture of all accumulated Points.
10.  By becoming a KIX 106.7 Country Club, members consent to the use of any member feedback provided on the website in any and all media without compensation.

3. Prize Awards
Each item on the KIX FM Store or Enter to Win, pages will be assigned a Point value. Members may redeem accumulated KIX 106.7 Country Club Points for free prizes and awards.
1.      All prizes and awards must be picked up at KIX 106.7 FM located at
305 King Street West, 11th Floor (corner of King & Water), Kitchener, Ontario, N2G 4E4, unless otherwise specified upon Point redemption.
2.      KIX 106.7 FM hours are 8:30AM to 5:30PM, Monday through Friday, (except holidays). When picking up your prize or award, you must provide a photo ID. Prizing will not at any time be released to anyone other than the account holder (winner). Photo ID presented must reflect the information used to activate account (name, address and postal code) Prizes must be picked-up within 30 business days of Point redemption - unless otherwise specified. Prizes and awards not picked up within 30 days from the date of Point redemption will be forfeited and the associated Points will not be refunded.
3.      Some prizing (including but not limited to items of a 500 dollar value or more or at the discretion of a KIX 106.7 FM representative) may need to be picked up during regular business hours at the KIX 106.7 FM office at 305 King Street West, 11th Floor (corner of King & Water), Kitchener, Ontario, N2G 4E4. Winner is responsible to make arrangements to pick up prize. No prizing will be mailed or sent by courier. Member is always responsible to keep his/her KIX 106.7 Country Club up-to-date with current information.
4.      Prize winners are responsible for any and all expenses associated with their travel to and from KIX 106.7 FM offices or any other location(s) associated with claiming a prize or award.
5 KIX 106.7 Country Club Points will not be credited or refunded for any reward, item or certificate which a Member claims but does not subsequently use.
6.      Member agrees to provide only true and accurate information to KIX 106.7 Country Club at all times. In conjunction with claiming any item associated with the KIX 106.7 Country Club or spending any Points for items, Member agrees to verify that all information in their KIX 106.7 Country Club account profile is up-to-date and accurate by providing a valid driver's license or photo ID that substantially matches the information in their profile.
7.      KIX 106.7 Country Club award items are not transferable. Awards may not be substituted for cash or any other items or merchandise.
8.      All Award claims are subject to verification by KIX 106.7 FM management. All decisions made by KIX 106.7 FM management are final.
9.      Prizes and awards will be awarded and distributed at the discretion of KIX 106.7 FM .
 
4. How to Redeem Points / Entries to Receive Prizes
A validated KIX 106.7 Country Club redeems KIX 106.7 Country Club Points by clicking on the "Submit" button for KIX 106.7 Store or for Enter to Win entries on the KIX 106.7 Country Club website. In the event that another member is already in the process of redeeming that particular prize/item, the member who "first" clicked on "Submit" will receive the item/prize.  The sole determinant of time for the purposes of determining the first person eligible will be the KIX 106.7 FM server machine(s).
In order to receive a prize or reward, winning members must contact KIX 106.7 FM in accordance with instructions provided as part of this program, or provided online in connection with a specific offering, AND comply with the instructions provided by KIX 106.7 FM personnel for verification and deduction of Points balances.
Failure to comply with the instructions may result in disqualification, at the sole discretion of KIX 106.7 FM. Any member that has a "winning" bid, and then fails to demonstrate they have the needed KIX 106.7 Country Club Points in their account following an audit, will not be entitled to receive the award or prize and, at the discretion of KIX 106.7 FM, will have their Points balance forfeited.
Member Points totals are subject to adjustment, and member accounts are subject to suspension or cancellation, by KIX 106.7 FM for any activity which is in violation of any rules, or which is not in compliance with the intent of the program. KIX 106.7 FM shall be the sole determiner in cases of suspected abuse or violation of KIX 106.7 Country Club rules, and any decision it makes relating to adjustment of Points or termination of membership shall be final and binding. Members will be notified of any such adjustments through a posting in the history log (viewable in the Transactions section of My Account in KIX 106.7 Country Club) or through an email sent to the email address in the member's account profile. Should the member disagree with any Points adjustment or account suspension, the sole remedy will be withdrawal from the program.
KIX 106.7 FM makes no representations whatsoever regarding the value, if any, of Points earned as a result of participation. KIX 106.7 FM is under no obligation to provide members with any particular number of Points earning opportunities or rewards.

5. Conditions
By becoming a member of KIX 106.7 Country Club, each member consents to the use of his/her entry, name, city of residence and/or photograph in any publicity carried out by KIX 106.7 FM and/or its advertising agencies, without further compensation and consent to their photograph being taken for such use, without further compensation.

1.      Members may be required to sign a liability release prior to acceptance of an item. Pursuant to the liability release, Member will agree to hold M2O Media, KIX 106.7 FM, affiliated companies and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or participation in the KIX 106.7 FM Platinum VIP.
2.      KIX 106.7 FM, in it sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the KIX 106.7 FM websites, or who is otherwise in violation of the rules. It further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the KIX 106.7 Country Club if it is not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort.
3.      KIX 106.7 FM reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the KIX 106.7 Country Club. Notice of any revisions will be posted to this page, so please revisit this page from time to time to ensure that you are aware of any changes to it. You are responsible for reviewing this Policy periodically, and your continued use of the KIX 106.7 Country Club website(s) following any modifications to the rules will be conclusively deemed acceptance of any changes.
4.      KIX 106.7 FM reserves the right to substitute an item of equivalent or greater value should an original item awarded to or purchased by a player become unavailable. Point values associated with any award can be changed or modified at any time. All Awards offered will show quantity available and will be redeemed on a first-come, first-served basis. KIX 106.7 FM reserves the right to limit the quantity a member can buy of any specific Award.
5.      KIX 106.7 FM reserves the right to disqualify any member from receiving a cash or prize award, where KIX 106.7 FM, at its sole discretion, determines that the player has misrepresented or used unintended / unannounced means to accumulate Points or purchase prizes.
6.      Members may be asked to supply personal information. This information will not be sold to outsiders, but the aggregate information (without identifying players as individuals) will be used for marketing purposes by KIX 106.7 FM and its affiliates.  Please see our privacy policy at www.rogers.com.
7.     KIX 106.7 FM reserves the right to discontinue, suspend or modify this Program at any time, including the termination of all opportunities to use or otherwise redeem accumulated KIX 106.7 Country Club. From time to time KIX 106.7 FM may decrease or zero out the Points in all KIX 106.7 Country Club accounts. At those times all accounts will either start at zero Points or be decreased by an amount or percentage to be determined by KIX 106.7 FM and all unused Points will no longer be valid. Members will be notified if and when the Points deduction will take place.
8.      No purchase is necessary. KIX 106.7 Country Club is void where prohibited.
9.      Failure to comply with KIX 106.7 Country Club rules may result in a player's disqualification at the sole discretion of KIX 106.7 FM.
10.  A written copy of the KIX 106.7 Country Club rules is available during regular business hours at the KIX 106.7 FM offices or by sending a self-address stamped envelope to:  KIX 106.7 Country Club KIX 106.7 FM  305 King Street West, 11th Floor, Kitchener, Ontario N2G 4E4
11.   Members may unsubscribe to the KIX 106.7 Country Club at any time.  Unsubscribing members will have 30 days to redeem their KIX 106.7 Country Club Points.  Any unredeemed Points will be deleted at the end of the 30 day period.
12.  KIX 106.7 FM  reserves the right to close a member account after 12 months of consecutive inactivity.

1 (a) To enter, starting on Monday September 22nd redeem 500 KIX 106 Country Club Points for a ballot obtained online through KIX 106 Country Club at http://www.kix106online.com  before 11:59pm on Sunday October 26th, 2008 the Contest Closing Date.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter this Contest without redeeming 500 Points, during the Contest Period, please hand print your name, address, day and evening phone numbers, email address, age, Contest name for which you are entering for a chance to win, and a hand written 100 word letter explaining why you want to win the KIX 106 Family Flyaway and mail it to KIX 106.7 FM offices at 305 King Street, West, Kitchener, Ontario N2G 4E4, Attn: Family Flyaway. You will receive one (1) entry into the Contest during the entry period for which your request was postmarked and received. Limit of one (1) mail-in request per postage stamped envelope per day.
 
1 (b) A random draw by a representative of KIX 106 FM (Rogers) will be made on Monday, October 27th,  2008 from all entries received as of the Contest Closing Date  in the morning during the KIX 106.7 FM Morning Show.  The selected entrant will then have 10 minutes to call back contest hotline at 519-741-1067 for their chance to win the trip. Callers will have 5 seconds to respond once the call is answered.  If the telephone line is dead when answered by KIX 106 FM, or no audible response is heard, or no one responds after 5 seconds, KIX 106 FM will have the right to disconnect that caller.  In the event a call is cut off before their home address/phone number and/or email address is collected KIX 106 FM will make its best efforts to make contact with the cut off caller provided enough personal information was gathered in order to correctly identify the cut off caller.
1 (c) If the selected entrant does not call back in the allotted time, we will draw another name and that person will have 10 minutes to call the designated hotline number in order to be eligible to win. We will continue this process until 10:00 am on that Draw Date. At that time we will stop and that trip will not be awarded..
1 (d) In the event that a selected entrant incorrectly answers the skill testing question, or declines the prize another entrant will be selected.
1 (e) KIX 106 Country Club members are eligible to enter as often as desired using ballots secured through the redemption of valid KIX 106 Country Club Points for each entry.  If the identity of an entrant is disputed, the authorized account holder at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant. The individual assigned to the email address for the domain associated with the submitted email address is considered the authorized account holder.   A selected entrant may be required to provide proof that he/she is the authorized account holder associated with the selected entry.  All entries must be submitted from a valid e-mail account that may be identified by reverse domain name search.  The sole determinant of time for the purposes of receipt of a valid entry in this Contest will be the Contest server machine(s).
2. No purchase, expenditure or investment is necessary to enter this Contest.
3. Participants are eligible to win the Grand Prize for four (4) people and consists of return economy airfare from Toronto to either Jamaica or Turks and Caicos, Deluxe lodging at a Beaches Resort for four (7) nights, based upon double occupancy, transfers from the airport to the resort and all food, beverages and activities included in the all-inclusive package.  Winner can chose which Beaches or Sandals resort they would like to go to, Winners must chose their top three choices and placement will be based on availability.

Approximate retail value of the prize is $10,000.00. Must be able to book the travel by December 18th, 2008. travel dates are non-transferable and have no cash value.  Changes will not be permitted by the winner.  Travel and health insurance, baggage insurance, taxes and transportation to and from the airports, passport and other travel documents such as visas are the responsibility of the winner.  Failing to provide the required documents may result in denied boarding by the air carrier/and or entry by immigration authorities to the visiting country or re-entry into Canada.   Tips, room services and other hotel charges, telephone charges, spending money and any other items not specifically mentioned as part of the Grand Prize trip are not included. Rogers is not responsible in the event the winner and/or their traveling companion are denied entry into the destination country or re-entry into Canada and any unused portion of the Grand Prize will be forfeit.  Winner and traveling companion must travel together on the same itinerary.  Rogers is not responsible for cancellation of any events and that part of the prize will be forfeited.
4. All prizes must be accepted as awarded.  KIX 106 FM reserves the right to substitute a prize of at least equal value, for whatever reason, of the advertised prize.
5. In order to win, selected entrant must first correctly answer, unaided, a time limited, mathematical skill testing question, posed by telephone at a mutually convenient time.  KIX 106 FM judges' rulings are final and without appeal in all matters related to the Contest and the awarding of prizes.
6. The Entrant and the traveling companion will be required to return a signed release and acknowledgment form before being declared a winner.
7. By entering this Contest, each entrant consents to the use of his/her entry, name, and city of residence and/or photograph in any publicity carried out by KIX 106 FM and/or its advertising agencies, without further compensation.  Winner consents to their photograph being taken by KIX 106 FM for such use, without further compensation.  All entries become the property of KIX 106 FM.
8. Participation in The KIX 106 Country Club is open to all residents of Kitchener-Waterloo, the Tri-City area and southern Ontario within KIX 106 FM  radio broadcast signal area who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees of Rogers Communications Inc., its parent and affiliated companies; representatives and agents, the Contest suppliers, sponsors and those with whom they are domiciled are not eligible.
9. No correspondence will be entered into except with the selected entrant.  To receive a copy of the Contest rules, or for the name of the winner send a postage paid, self-addressed envelope after Friday May 2, 2008 to KIX 106.FM, 305 King Street, West, Kitchener, Ontario, N2G 4E4, Attn: Family Flyaway.
10. Chances of winning depend on the number of entries received.  KIX 106 FM is unaware of how many entrants there may be.  The winner may come from any geographic area, so long as they otherwise qualify to enter the Contest.
11. All entries which are incomplete, illegible, damaged, irregular, have been submitted through illicit means, or do not conform to or satisfy any condition of the rules may be disqualified by KIX 106 FM.  KIX 106 FM takes no responsibility for lost, misdirected, late or destroyed entries, or for typographical or other production errors.
12. All entries become property of KIX 106.FM  who assume no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged or misdirected entries or for failure of the website during the Contest period, for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any material in the Contest.   KIX 106.FM reserves the right, in their sole discretion; to cancel or suspend the email portion of this Contest should a virus, bug or other cause beyond the reasonable control of KIX 106 FM corrupt the security or proper administration of the Contest. Any attempt to deliberately damage any web site or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, KIX 106 FM reserve the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.
13.  KIX 106.FM is collecting personal data about entrants for the sole purpose of administering this Contest. Entrants not wishing to receive any other informational or marketing communications from  KIX 106.FM should so indicate on their entry form.  Please see our Privacy Policy located at www.rogers.com for full information on the policy towards maintaining the privacy and security of user information.
14. This Contest will be run in accordance with these rules, subject to amendment by KIX 106 FM.  Entrants must comply with these rules, and will be deemed to have received and understood the rules if they participate in the Contest.
15. The terms of this Contest, as set out in these rules, are not subject to amendment or counter-offer, except as set out herein.

1 (c) If a selected entrant cannot be reached by Thursday October 30, 2008 or declines the prize, another entrant will be selected.

1 (d) In the event that a selected entrant incorrectly answers the skill testing question, or declines the prize another entrant will be selected.

1 (e) KIX 106 Country Club members are eligible to enter as often as desired using points to submit ballots.  If the identity of an entrant is disputed, the authorized account holder at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant. The individual assigned to the email address for the domain associated with the submitted email address is considered the authorized account holder.   A selected entrant may be required to provide proof that he/she is the authorized account holder associated with the selected entry.  All entries must be submitted from a valid e-mail account that may be identified by reverse domain name search.  The sole determinant of time for the purposes of receipt of a valid entry in this Contest will be the Contest server machine(s).

2. No purchase, expenditure or investment is necessary to enter this Contest.

3. Participants are eligible to win the Grand Prize for two (2) people to see the Country Music Awards in Nashville TN on November 12, and will include hotel accommodation from November 11-13 at the Radisson Hotel in Operyland

6. The Entrant and the traveling companion will be required to return a signed release and acknowledgment form before being declared a winner.

7. By entering this Contest, each entrant consents to the use of his/her entry, name, and city of residence and/or photograph in any publicity carried out by KIX 106 FM and/or its advertising agencies, without further compensation.  Winner consents to their photograph being taken by KIX 106 FM for such use, without further compensation.  All entries become the property of KIX 106 FM.

8. Participation in The KIX 106 Country Club is open to all residents of Kitchener-Waterloo, the Tri-City area and southern Ontario within KIX 106 FM  radio broadcast signal area who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees of Rogers Communications Inc., its parent and affiliated companies; representatives and agents, the Contest suppliers, sponsors and those with whom they are domiciled are not eligible.

9. No correspondence will be entered into except with the selected entrant.  To receive a copy of the Contest rules, or for the name of the winner send a postage paid, self-addressed envelope after Friday July 18 to KIX 106.FM, 305 King Street, West, Kitchener, Ontario, N2G 4E4, Attn: KIX it Up
10. Chances of winning depend on the number of entries received.  KIX 106 FM is unaware of how many entrants there may be.  The winner may come from any geographic area, so long as they otherwise qualify to enter the Contest.

11. All entries which are incomplete, illegible, damaged, irregular, have been submitted through illicit means, or do not conform to or satisfy any condition of the rules may be disqualified by KIX 106 FM.  KIX 106 FM takes no responsibility for lost, misdirected, late or destroyed entries, or for typographical or other production errors.

12. All entries become property of KIX 106.FM  who assume no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged or misdirected entries or for failure of the website during the Contest period, for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any material in the Contest.   KIX 106.FM reserves the right, in their sole discretion; to cancel or suspend the email portion of this Contest should a virus, bug or other cause beyond the reasonable control of KIX 106 FM corrupt the security or proper administration of the Contest. Any attempt to deliberately damage any web site or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, KIX 106 FM reserve the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.

13.  KIX 106.FM is collecting personal data about entrants for the sole purpose of administering this Contest. Entrants not wishing to receive any other informational or marketing communications from  KIX 106.FM should so indicate on their entry form.  Please see our Privacy Policy located at www.rogers.com for full information on the policy towards maintaining the privacy and security of user information.

14. This Contest will be run in accordance with these rules, subject to amendment by KIX 106 FM.  Entrants must comply with these rules, and will be deemed to have received and understood the rules if they participate in the Contest.
