CONTEST RULES 
Front Row Tickets To See LIGHTS / EZ ROCK PLATINUM VIP CLUB

1 (a) To enter starting at 12:01 pm on November 2, 2009 go to www.ezrocknorthbay.com, sign up for the Platinum VIP Club, fully complete the entry ballot, redeem 500 points and submit before 11:59 pm on November 15, 2009, the Contest Closing Date.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter this Contest without redeeming 500 points during the Contest Period, please hand print your name, address, day and evening phone numbers, email address, age, Contest name for which you are entering and a 100 word letter on why you deserve to win a Pair Front Row Tickets To See LIGHTS for a chance to win, and mail it to 100.5 EZ Rock, 743 Main Street East, North Bay, Ontario, P1B 1C2. You will receive one (1) entry into the Contest during the entry period for which your request was postmarked and received. Limit of one (1) mail-in request per postage stamped envelope per day.
(b) A random draw, by a Rogers Broadcasting Limited ("Rogers") representative, from all completed entries received as of the Contest Closing Date will be made on November16, 2009 Between 6am & 9am at the EZ Rock offices at 743 Main Street, North Bay, Ontario. Selected entrants will be contacted via telephone number or email as indicated on the selected entrant's member account/mail in entry.
(c) If a selected entrant cannot be reached by November 19, 2009 or declines the prize, another entrant will be selected on or before November 20, 2009.
(d) In the event that a selected entrant incorrectly answers the skill testing question, another entrant will be selected on or before November 20, 2009.
(e) You may enter as often as you like provided you redeem 500 points for each entry. If the identity of an entrant is disputed, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant. The individual assigned to the e-mail address for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address is considered the authorized account holder. A selected entrant may be required to provide proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the selected entry. All entries must be submitted from a valid e-mail account that may be identified by reverse domain name search. The sole determinant of time for the purposes of receipt of a valid entry in this contest will be the contest server machine(s).
2. No purchase, expenditure or investment is necessary to enter this contest.
3. Participants will be eligible to win A Pair of Front Row Tickets To See LIGHTS November 22, 2009 at the Capitol Centre 4. All prizes must be accepted as awarded and may not be transferred or exchanged. Rogers reserves the right to substitute a prize of at least equal value in the event of the unavailability, for whatever reason, of the advertised prize. Prizes will be available for pick-up at the EZ Rock studios located at 743 Main Street East for thirty (30) days from the date they are awarded/available for pick-up or until the event lapses should the prize be time sensitive.  EZ Rock will not notify winners of the time remaining on their prize. It is the responsibility of the winner to claim the prize within the thirty (30) day timeframe. Upon pick-up of prize, valid picture identification (i.e. driver's license OR passport) from the winner is required.

P1B 1C2. You will receive one (1) entry into the Contest during the entry period for which your request was postmarked and received. Limit of one (1) mail-in request per postage stamped envelope per day.
6. In order to win, selected entrants must first correctly answer, unaided, a time limited, mathematical skill testing question. Rogers judges' rulings are final and without appeal in all matters related to the promotion and the awarding of prizes.
7. Selected entrants will be required to return a signed release and acknowledgment form before being declared a winner.
8. By entering this contest, each entrant consents to the use of his/her entry, name, city of residence and/or photograph in any publicity carried out by Rogers and/or its advertising agencies, without further compensation. Winners consent to their photograph being taken by Rogers for such use, without further compensation. All entries become the property of Rogers.
9. This contest is open to residents of Ontario 18 years of age and over except employees of Rogers, its parent and affiliate companies; its representatives and agents, the contest suppliers, and those with whom they are domiciled. The contest is subject to all applicable provincial and municipal laws and regulations.
10. No correspondence will be entered into except with the selected entrants. To receive a copy of the contest rules or for the names of the winners, send a postage paid, self-addressed envelope to 743 Main Street East, North Bay, Ontario, P1B 1C2 on or before the Contest Closing Date.
11. Chances of winning depend on the number of entries. Rogers is unaware of how many entrants there may be. The winner may come from any geographic area, so long as they otherwise qualify to enter the contest.
12. All entries which are incomplete, illegible, damaged, irregular, have been submitted through illicit means, or do not conform to or satisfy any condition of the rules may be disqualified by Rogers. Rogers takes no responsibility for lost, misdirected, late or destroyed entries, or for typographical or other production errors.
13. All entries become property of Rogers who assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged or misdirected entries or for failure of the Internet or Rogers network during the promotional period, for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, cell sites, microwave dish, antenna, switch, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any communication or traffic congestion on the Rogers or other network, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrant's or any other person's wireless device or personal computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading or sending any material in the promotion. Rogers reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the online or email portion of this contest should a virus, bug or other cause beyond the reasonable control of Rogers corrupt the security or proper administration of the contest. Any attempt to deliberately damage any equipment or system or to undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, Rogers reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.
14. Rogers is collecting personal data about entrants for the sole purpose of administering this Contest. No further informational or marketing communications will be received by the entrant unless the entrant provides Rogers with explicit permission to do so at the time of entry. 15. This contest will be run in accordance with these rules and the rules of the EZ Rock Platinum VIP Club, subject to amendment by Rogers. Entrants must comply with these rules, and will be deemed to have received and understood the rules if they participate in the contest.
16. The terms of this contest, as set out in these rules, are not subject to amendment or counter-offer, except as set out herein.
